Continuing to drop early sustain in a few places, and some buffs for champions in places that we think players will enjoy.

Patch 11.15 Buffs, Nerfs and Adjustments

Wukong’s nerfs aimed at hindering his passive more will play a pretty significant role in the early game.

Viego’s healing from minions has gone down from 50% to 10%, which makes him pretty much obsolete in the lane. His main build path(Sundered into Steraks) provided sustain only on sheen’s proc, so we think that these changes will force players into playing him in the jungle primarily for the foreseeable future.

Mid kayle was overperforming across many ELO’s so we welcome this change with open arms, opening a more interactive playstyle for her opponents in the early game.

Riot Jag also provided some context on the upcoming Aurelion Sol nerf:

For context: Aurelion Sol’s Elite win rate in the last 2 patches has been 57.3% and 57.4%. Both of those have been the highest win rates of any champion in Elite MMR.

He doesn’t have the highest “1 trick” rate or comparable metric that would suggest his low play rate is a cause.
