[PBE News]: New Emotes, Summoner Icons and More Balance Changes!

Today PBE has updated once again! We are here to cover everything that is rolling on the Testing Grounds. Today’s update includes new emotes, 2018 eSports teams icons and also more tentative balance changes!

Balance Changes:

 Champions

    Fiora

• AD growth reverted from 4 to 3.3

  Kayle

• AD growth lowered from 2.8 to 2.2
• Righteous Fury (E) cooldown changed from 16 at all ranks to 18/17/16/15/14

  Leona

• Shield of Daybreak (Q) damage lowered from 30/55/80/105/130 to 10/35/60/85/110

  Miss Fortune

• Make it Rain (E) cooldown increased from 14/13/12/11/10 to 22/19/16/13/10

Riot is finally looking at Miss Fortune. Yikes!

  Olaf

• Reckless Swing (E) cooldown lowered from 12/11/10/9/8 to 8 in all ranks.
